Several months ago, I was tagged. The task was to share 7 things that most people don't know about me. I have put off this task for a long time now (sorry Brooke) because I must be the most boring person on the planet. But I have come up with a few things-confessions really-that most people probably don't know about me.
1. Whenever I cook with eggs I remove the little white part (which would be the baby chicken if the egg was fertilized). When I was little I had baby chicks, for a while I wouldn't eat eggs. At about the age of 12 I started removing the white part attached to the yolk and have done it ever since. 2. In college I got a D in Family History and in Discovering Nature. Pretty sad huh.
3. I am a total phobe. I am more than a little afraid of the dark, deep water, heights, spiders.....Did you know that at Lake Powell there are little fish that
nibble at your toes and garbage fish that grow to about 5 feet? 4. I hate the smell of raw meat. My family had cows while I was growing up. My dad would raise them, have them slaughtered and then put the liver and tongue in the fridge. The thought of it makes my stomach turn. Cow tongue is a delicacy you know.
5. I think there is only one way to do things...my way. This makes me a little difficult to work with. I hope this isn't true but people who know me best know I like things a certain way. I am such a brat.
6. I have the same birthday as Hillary Rodom Clinton.
7. I secretly want to be a SUPERSTAR!
