Ostrich Festival

Saturday we went to the Chandler Ostrich Festival. We really had a great time. We arrived just before noon in time to see the Sea Lion Show, followed by "Jest in Time" circus-which was two very funny clowns. We oohed at the thrill show complete with motorcycles in the ball of death, we cheered at the crash derby, the jousting tournament, and the ostrich races. We ate very yummy deep fried foods, Here is a picture of Taten enjoying his first ever jumbo corn dog. We enjoyed some good music and took a turn on the carousel. To top the evening off we ate a delicious carmel funnel cake topped with whipped cream and listed to music from the band Starship (music we grew up on) and watched the entertainment (a man who had peed himself and others who

were enjoying their beer) We can't believe we've been missing this fun for the last 4 years. The ostrich festival will be a new family tradition.
