Our romantic valentines dinner? I needed a practice run for Enrichment next week. So instead of the steak my husband would have loved we had a Citrus chicken salad and a skinny cow sunday. The menu for next weeks enrichment. Dave picked all the peas out of the Salad but said he loved it.

I think that it looks lovely, but I didn't love it so I will be making a few adjustments...so it will be the yummiest salad ever! Hopefully. . . Maybe.

The skinny cow sunday was yummy and only 100 calories, plus the 100 calories in the whipped topping.

That salad looks so yummy! I'm definitely going to make it! Like I said, I think I'll be around for enrichment night... ;)
Skip the salad all together and add another scoop of Whipped Cream! Oh yeah!!
Hi Bonnie, I'm Dan's friend Meg. I love the blog! Aren't they so much fun?!
Looks good to me. Love all your blog updates. It's good to hear how you are doing. So are you the wolf den leader and enrichment leader?
I love all your updates! Your valentine dinner looks scrumptious and now I'm even more excited for Enrichment!
You know, the more I get to know Bonnie, the more I see just how amazing you are! You kind of try to keep all your incredible talentedness under wraps...but it's slowly coming out and I LOVE IT! Anytime you need a movie buddy (other than Taten) give me a call...I'm always up for a good movie!
Hi Bonnie! I didn't know you guys had a blog, so fun to check in on you, Taten is getting so big and he's so cute. You're right our husbands are terrible at keeping in touch, but Trav just walked in and I showed him your blog and he said to call so we can play. At least we'll be able to check in through our blogs. I'm loving the skinny cow sundae, such a cute idea. And I think it's awesome that you take Taten to the movies, my kids never would do that, such a good idea.
