Found something to do in this little town.

We have a children's museum. Hurray! It has been an adjustment moving back to a cold weather climate. We are tired of being inside, but we found something to do. I was hoping there would be other children for Taten to play with but we usually free reign of the place. His favorite thing to do is play with the fishing poles and fish. However he keeps putting the laminated paper fish in the water play area which is right next to the fake fishing pond. (is it me or was that idea not very well thought out?)
This town his known the floods that have happened here over the years. Literally thousands of people have lost their lives because of flooding. So a little history from the flood museum. The government came in and took over the Pepsi plant. These Pepsi cans are filled with water. Because of the flooding the people here did not have clean water to drink. I think these classic Pepsi cans are before my time.
